Different Types of Ayurveda Massages

Massages in general improve the circulations and thus energize the body and mind. This is beneficial for the diseased as well as healthy person. Massage using time tested Ayurvedic preparations are done at our center by well-trained therapists under the guidance of expert doctors in the field of Ayurveda.

Uzhichil	Time: 1 hour	Rate: Rs. 650/-
The term “Uzhichil”refers to a type of Ayurvedic massage where body is massaged in a special pattern, which improves blood circulation, vitalizes various organs and thus provides a new energy to the body. It tones up the muscle and strengthens the body.

Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Massage	Time: 1.5 hour	Rate: Rs. 1200/-
This is a type of massage in which every part of the body individually is massaged in a special manner. This relieves pain and swelling in the joints and strengthens the muscle thus providing a strong healthy body. It vitalizes the internal organs and thus helps to maintain the immunity of the body. The medicines used for this massage brings special glow to the skin making it look softer and younger.

Relaxation Massage	Time: 1 hour	Rate: Rs. 650/-
As the name indicates this massage provides relaxation to the body as well as mind. It relieves tension and brings a total calmness of the mind as in meditation.

Kerala Kalari Massage (Chavitti Thirummal)	Time: 1.5 hour	Rate: Rs. 1200/-
It is one of the most effective among the massages. It is really famous for keeping the body lean taking away the unwanted fat, or keep the body well shaped or to enhance the beauty of the skin…. In the ancient history, it is said that the kings and the queens used the same technique to keep the body active with vigour & vitality for a long time. It also help us to lead a tension- free life and improves the capacity of the body to prevent many diseases. This massage is done only by a Male Therapist.

Feet Massage	Time: 1/2 hour	Rate: Rs. 400/-
This massage is normally performed from the knees to the feet. Since the entire internal organs are related to the feet one way or other, it is beneficial to the whole body.

Head, Face, Neck & Shoulder Massage	Time: 1/2 hour	Rate: Rs. 400/-
These massages are concentrated on vital parts of our body like head, face, neck & shoulders. It helps in quick relaxation of our mind and also very helpful to people having shoulder pain & neck pain.

Medicated steam & bath
Medicated steam & bath along with different types of massages complete the process of toning of muscles along with cleansing the body. The medicated steam bath brings a special glow to skin and keeps you fresher & younger.
