We have different types of villas – "Fishermen villas" & "Modern villas."

Each cottage in the Fishermen villas is the typical Kerala traditional tribal style, no cottage is similar to the other, built with natural products like coir, bamboo, roof thatched with palm leaves, cane leaves, mud plastered walls decorated with paintings and floor with terracotta tiles. The gentle breeze from the sea and the backwaters cools the room naturally.

The Modern Villas are air conditioned Kerala houses to suit your requirements with Cable T.V., mini Fridge, Hot water, Telephone etc.
